Palmer's Passages

And so it begins. I have been sending various "Palmer Updates" to folks via email, but I thought it was about time to get fancy. I figure that this way I can keep folks up-to-date on the happenings of my crazy life, without sending old-fashioned mass emails. I hope you enjoy my updates, random comments, strange sense of humor, and delightful pictures. It is my hope that Palmer's Passages will cure all known diseases, end world hunger, and bring back "Animaniacs". Enjoy.

Fare the well

Well folks, I soon depart for the land that boasts over 300 shades of green. Monday afternoon, I board my little Aer Lingus flight for my first 20-day stint in Ireland. I hope to have some good stories to share upon my return...or at least some funny ones. Regardless, I leave the states at age 24, and return as a 25-year old. Crazy.

Have a great couple of weeks, be blessed, and always be on the lookout for a leprechaun!

Speechless

This photo always leaves me speechless. I know it's innocent, but I just don't know what to say. I took it while in Ireland and it makes me laugh every time I see it. I hope it brings you joy as well.

Anywho...Mom is doing very well. So many prayers have been answered, and while the healing process is long and hard, it is going well thus far. Thanks again for all the prayers and support!

I forgot to mention that God has blessed my "Leap of Faith." A few blogs ago, I talked about the leap of faith I was taking. I had taken out my first loan in order to make my voiceover demo and hopefully turn a dream into reality.

2 weeks ago, a few well-known Voiceover agencies asked me to work with them. They enjoyed the demo and thought I have what it takes. I decided to join with Abrams Artists Agency and am very glad I did. Everyone there is so kind and fun to be around and they've already called me in for a number of auditions. God certainly blessed my leap of faith and hopefully I will soon be writing about my next, big VO gig. Of course, I'll be traversing through Ireland first...but my fingers are crossed nonetheless!

I depart for the Emerald Isle once again on June 18th and stay there through July 9th, which means I will be celebrating my 25th Birthday at Dromoland Castle! [shown here]:

It will be hard to know that I am no longer a part of the 18-24 age bracket on surveys, but somehow I will cope.

I hope this blog finds you well and that you have a wonderful and exciting summer ahead!

Many blessings,

Palmer
